The Gift of Repentance by Angie A.
God is revealing what is in our hearts. He does this so that we can repent, be healed
and walk in relationship with Him. We are often so focused on others sin that we can
not see our own. This keeps us far from God and allows the enemy to torment us with:
Fear, Bitterness, Rejection, Pride, Shame, Unbelief and many other sinful responses.
Repentance for our own sin and forgiving others of their sin against us is the path to
healing. Shift the atmosphere by controlling the only person you can, YOURSELF!
Bring all of the concerns of your heart to the Lord!
2 Timothy 2:24-26
And the Lord’s servant must not strive, but be gentle towards all, apt to teach, forbearing,
in meekness correcting them that oppose themselves; if peradventure God may give them
repentance unto the knowledge of the truth, and they may recover themselves out of the
snare of the devil, having been taken captive by him unto his will.
